We are best known for our barbecue but have developed an array of other cuisines over time with our clients. We provide drop-off catering, on-site cooking, receptions, weddings, special event catering, corporate events and much more. Jesse Anderson
Jesse Anderson has been a lifelong culinarian, born and raised in central Illinois. Mr. Anderson started working in restaurants at an early age finding his true passion which was food! Mr. Anderson has worked for small establishments, national chains and with one of Illinois top rated restaurants Firefly Grill in Effingham, Illinois. Mr. Anderson established Anderson Catering, Inc. to fulfill his dreams of entrepreneurship and to expand his culinary knowledge to bring great food to great people through his catering services. Mr. Anderson is now the CEO of Anderson Catering, Inc, Campus Culinary Solutions, LLC. In his leisure time he enjoys attending his son’s sporting events, walking his beloved four legged animal, camping, hiking, traveling and studying new culinary techniques.
